Fulfillment Policy


Shipping Policy:

Domestic Shipping:  Shipping is calculated after orders are placed to ensure the best shipping price method available.  This amount is added to the order and your card charged before shipping.  Small or low-value packages ship via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail.  Heavy or high-value packages ship via UPS.

International Shipping:  At this time, we only process orders placed through a forwarding company such as usa2me.com, usabox.com, shipito.com, or MyUS.com. Shipping to the forwarding co. is calculated after orders are placed to ensure the best shipping price method available.  This amount is added to the order and your card is charged before shipping.

Freight Shipping:  All game cabinets will ship via freight line.  New customers who purchase cabinets will be notified of the shipping amount before your order is processed. You may arrange your own freight shipping company.


Return & Refund Policy:

Refunds:  We offer a money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your product, we will refund you 100% of the cost within seven days of the invoice, minus shipping and handling.

Returns:  We will repair or replace items for the cost of return shipping if the failure is not caused by improper use.
